Carla Ruka Coiling Workshop


Unlock your creative potential with the first instalment of our intensive learning program! Join us for an immersive 3-day coiling workshop led by renowned artist Carla Ruka.




Dates: Thursdays, starting February 20th (followed by February 27th and March 6th)
Duration: Approximately 6 hours per day
Skill Level: All levels welcome - beginners to advanced
What You'll Learn: Discover Carla Ruka’s unique coiling technique, developed from a Māori perspective, and transform your ideas into stunning large-scale sculptural forms. This hands-on workshop is designed to elevate your skills and inspire your artistic journey.

This workshop is technique-focused and does not cover firing or glazing.
Each 6-hour session includes time for setup, pack-down, and breaks.
